Anne Scally has worked in the areas of HR, Training, Planning, Coaching and Mediation, for more than 20 years, becoming a HR Consultant in 2002 and setting up Pro-Activ Management in 2005. Pro-Activ Management brings together consultants with ethos, expertise, energy and experience. We use that experience to help others, through our programme design, implementation and review. Anne has worked as a HR Director for companies such as TYCO and Oral B, going on to become Head of Organisational Development with the consolidated Braun/Oral B Ireland campus. Shauna Ryan, Consultant
Shauna Ryan is a Human Resources Expert, a qualified Mediator and Chartered CIPD Member with over 12 years’ experience, gained in industry and consulting. Shauna has held Senior HR Positions in several multi-national organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific and Covidien. Shauna is a skilled communicator with a focus on seeking common ground among people, helping others to problem solve and find resolution. She does this through a systematic approach, experience and an ethos that sees the person as central to all business development.
